Neurodivergent support

Support that starts with how your brain actually works

Autistic, ADHD, dyslexic, PDA, twice-exceptional, self-identified or still figuring it out, you're welcome here without having to prove anything.

Our approach

Neurodiversity-affirming, in practice not just in a strapline

We don't treat neurodivergence as a problem to fix. We treat it as information: about pace, sensory needs, interests, communication, and what an environment has to do differently.

No diagnosis is required. Waiting lists are years long and self-knowledge arrives long before a letter does. If you say this is you, that's enough for us.

Nothing we do is about compliance, eye contact or being easier to be around. Stimming is fine. Silence is fine. Turning up in ear defenders and saying nothing for the first three sessions is fine.

What we offer

Flexible, low-demand and outdoors

  • One-to-one sessions on the land, at low demand and your pace.
  • Animal-based connection for people who find people hard work.
  • Practical help with executive function: planning, starting, finishing, remembering.
  • Sensory-aware spaces, quiet corners, no fluorescent strip lighting, permission to leave.
  • Support for parents and carers who are exhausted and being blamed.
  • Help preparing for assessments, EHCP meetings and workplace conversations.

What we don't do

We don't diagnose, we don't deliver behaviour-modification programmes, and we won't work on making someone appear more neurotypical. If you're looking for a formal assessment, we'll point you to the right route, NHS or private, and support you through the wait.

Cost

One-to-one sessions follow our standard mentoring rate. Group and drop-in activity is often free or donation-based, funded through our corporate and grant income. Always ask before ruling it out.
