Volunteering
Bring whatever time you've got
Volunteering here is a two-way arrangement. You give time; you get purpose, company, fresh air and a decent cup of tea.

How it works
No minimum commitment, no interview panel
Some volunteers come every week. Some come when their shift pattern allows. Some do one big push at lambing or harvest and then disappear until next year. All of it helps.
We'll show you round, work out what you'd enjoy, and pair you with someone for the first few sessions. Roles working directly with young people or vulnerable adults need a DBS check, which we arrange and pay for.
Volunteering is also support. Plenty of people start here because they need the structure as much as we need the hands. That's not a secret and it's not a problem.
