Payment Terms - Wild Mind Well-Being CIC
At Wild Mind Well-Being CIC, we strive to provide a smooth and transparent payment process for our services. Please take a moment to review our payment terms to ensure a clear understanding:

Invoicing Schedule: Invoices will be issued at the start of each half term. This invoice will cover the cost for the entire half term's sessions.

Payment Period: Once an invoice is issued, payment is required within 14 days. Prompt payment helps us to continue providing high-quality services.

Missed Sessions: Please note that all sessions, including those missed, will be charged for. This policy helps us maintain the availability and quality of our programs.

Student Registration: Students are considered registered for our programs until 3rd September 2024. If you wish to cancel a place, we require three weeks' notice.

Cancellation Policy: To cancel a place, please provide a minimum of three weeks' notice via email. This allows us to manage our resources effectively and offer the spot to another student.
