Welcome to Wild Mind Well-Being!
As a proud mum of four and someone with lived experience of neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD and ASD, I understand the importance of creating a safe and supportive space for individuals to explore their potential.
I created Wild Mind Well-Being as I believe that the bond between humans and animals can be transformative, and our farm setting provides the perfect backdrop for this healing journey. My background includes working in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, care homes, and community settings, where I have passionately supported young people with additional needs.
As a certified canine behaviourist and animal trainer, I am committed to harnessing the therapeutic power of animals to enhance the lives of our students. By helping our rescue animals to thrive we teach ourselves so much about self-care.
I have combined my studies in coaching and mentoring with my expertise in animal behaviour to create a therapeutic approach that centres around the healing power of animals and the natural environment to help young people thrive.
At Wild Mind Well-Being, our mission is to create a community where young people feel valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.
I am excited to share this journey with you!
