Welcome to Wild Mind Well-Being!

I’m Camilla, a proud mum of four and a passionate advocate for supporting young people to become the best version of themselves. My journey in this field began over 20 years ago when I first started working with young people with autism. Since then, I’ve dedicated my life to creating a safe and nurturing environment where young people can explore their potential and thrive.

As someone with lived experience of neurodiverse conditions such as ADHD and ASD, I understand the challenges and unique strengths that come with them. This personal insight fuels my commitment to providing empathetic, practical support tailored to each individual.

I founded Wild Mind Well-Being with the belief that the bond between humans and animals has a transformative power. Our farm setting provides the perfect backdrop for healing, growth, and learning. By working alongside our rescue animals, we not only support their well-being but also teach ourselves valuable lessons about self-care, resilience, and connection.

My Experience and Approach

My professional background spans roles in Special Educational Needs (SEN) schools, care homes, and community settings, where I’ve worked extensively as a coach and mentor to young people with additional needs. Over the years, I’ve developed a therapeutic approach that combines my studies in coaching and mentoring with my expertise in animal behaviour and the natural environment.

As a certified canine behaviourist and animal trainer, I harness the therapeutic power of animals to help students develop life skills, build confidence, and overcome challenges. At Wild Mind Well-Being, we create a supportive community where young people feel valued, understood, and empowered to reach their full potential.

Passion and Mission

Supporting young people on their journey of growth is not just my career—it’s my passion. I believe that every young person deserves the chance to thrive, and I’m dedicated to providing the tools, environment, and encouragement they need to achieve their goals.

At Wild Mind Well-Being, our mission is simple: to empower young people to discover their strengths, develop their skills, and build a brighter future. Whether through coaching, mentoring, or animal-assisted therapy, every interaction is an opportunity to inspire growth and transformation.

I’m excited to share this journey with you and look forward to helping you, your loved one, or someone you support  achieve their full potential!
