We would love to welcome your young person to join us on the farm! Please follow the steps below:

 

Step 1: Complete the Referral Form below
 

Step 2: Send us a copy of the young person’s most recent EHCP

Step 4: Book a Visit to the Farm

Once we’ve received the required documents, we’ll carry out a suitability assessment and get in touch with the next steps.
