How to Make a Referral

Wild Minds accepts referrals from schools, local authorities, and commissioning teams for young people who require specialist, part-time Alternative Provision or post-16 support.
All referrals are subject to a suitability and capacity assessment to ensure that Wild Minds is the right setting to meet a young person’s needs safely and effectively.
Step 1: Complete the Referral Form below
Step 2: Send us a copy of the young person’s most recent EHCP

Once we’ve received the required documents, we’ll carry out a suitability assessment and get in touch with the next steps.

Important Information
Wild Minds operates as a part-time, non-school Alternative Provision. We do not offer full-time education and are not a registered school.
Responsibility for statutory education, attendance, and EHCP oversight remains with the commissioning school or local authority at all times.
