Gardening and particularly gardening in a group can bring many wonderful benefits to all, regardless of health, age or circumstance.

Our garden is a space for people to sow, grow, get creative and enjoy being outside. Getting closer to nature, working together, learning new skills and sharing old ones are all great ways to improve our general well-being.

Ecotherapy is a type of therapy that uses outdoor, nature-centred activities, like gardening, to improve overall mental health. Gardening has been shown to promote good emotional well-being.
We are creating a therapeutic space for individuals and groups to use. We are looking forward to designing and creating two sensory gardens to compliment our planned indoor classroom spaces.
